Self Esteem Workshops
Self Esteem is how we see ourselves and how we feel about ourselves. This affects how we interact with others and go about our daily lives. If a person's esteem was never nurtured this will undoubtedly affect them as an adult. These workshops are designed to enable someone to feel empowered and realize they can overcome any negativity from their past and even surpass what they ever expected of themselves.

Self Esteem Enhancement for Pre-Teens

This pre-teen workshop is geared towards males and females from 9 – 12 years old. Attendees will require parent’s written permission to attend. The purpose of these workshop is to assist these young people in coping with stressors and not be harmfully affected by those stressors.
  • They will learn how to feel good about themselves no matter what others say.
  • They will learn about peer pressure and its possible affects.
  • This workshop is ideal to give the young person an outlet that he or she may not have at home or in their school setting.

Self Esteem Enhancement for Teens

  • becoming a more self-actualized person
  • addressing parenting issues and assist parents in better relating to their children
  • the ability to learn why they allow themselves to be treated in certain ways and how to go about changing that behavior
  • an action plan for their lives
